According to CNN Money, 2016 may be the best year for you to buy a home. Analysts are predicting that home prices will stabilize - it's time to jump on that property you've been wanting. Available inventory is very low, making great properties few and far between. Analysts expect potential sellers to take advantage of that and list their properties in hopes of a quick sale. Mortgage rates are expected to increase - get that loan secured now before they do. Rents are on the rise and owning is becoming more of an advantage.
